Originally from Connecticut, I moved to Asheville in July, 2014 to pursue my dream of providing quality floor plan services and accurate square footage calculations to the agents of Beverly-Hanks & Associates.  In April, 2018, I formed ProPlans of the Carolinas, LLC as an independent contractor so I could provide these services to all licensed agents throughout Western North Carolina.

As a former relocation consultant for United Parcel Service and a former appraiser in the State of West Virginia, I have been reviewing floor plans - and measuring and drawing homes for over 15 years.  I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in Connecticut, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

From the smallest of homes to the large estate, I apply the many rules of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and ANSI Guidelines to ensure accurate square footage calculations providing both heated living area and total square footage calculations of all heated and unheated areas under roof.
